PRT-L2 – Multifunctional UV Coating Line
This Multifunctional UV Coating Line is designed for residential, office, and hotel furniture factory, veneer production, improved wood-based substrate primer – Practicing UV coating.
Capacity: 600 m2 flat work pieces per day. This production line has two sets recycling system, one key matching of the entire wood customized program.
Replenishment of the original gray step, PE, PU primer step modified into UV putty filling, UV primer coating.
The benefit by using this line, only need small investment and get quick output which can greatly save operating time, improve work efficiency, reduce the coating cost, and reduce VOC emissions.
